This record really is excellent. Back in this post I stated that:
“…well composed, meticulously crafted, emotively mixed, down-tempo electronica has always been my music of choice…”
I’ve listened to Swedish duo Plej (brothers Arvid & Erik Niklasson) a few times in the past and kind of liked their material. By ‘kind of’ I mean it has been good, but never consistently hitting the sweet-spot. But, I’ve recently downloaded their new album ‘Home Is Where Your Heart Was’ and, I have to say, it really is very good, especially after a few listens.
Absolute standout track:
